HAPPILY EVER AFTER
This is a full service package which includes, but is not limited to the following:
PLANNING:
-Initial consultation, one to two hours, to get to know each other and your ideas
-Research vendors for availability, pricing, and options - Entertainment, Photographer, Florist, Etc.
- Ceremony & reception site research and inspection
- Attend all meetings with, and serve as contact for all vendors
EXECUTION
- Monthly update
- Meeting with you to finalize all plans, and resolve any issues or concerns (basically to put you at ease!)
- One month prior - Confirm with all vendors
- Attend final gown fitting for instructions on bustle
- Two weeks prior - Meet with ceremony and reception site contacts for final confirmation
- One week prior - Confirm with all vendors
- Assist with rehearsal
WEDDING DAY
- Ensure ceremony and reception plans are executed
- Distribute flowers to all wedding party
- Ensure proper placement of centerpieces, place cards, favors, etc
- Steam your gown and veil
- Help you into your gown
- Steam all other gowns as needed
- Bustle your gown after ceremony
- Check floor plan for proper placement of head table, gift table, cake table, guest tables
- Ensure that gifts and cake topper are being transported to final destination
- Distribute any final payments to vendors
- Ensure that you have NO WORRIES and are able to enjoy your new husband!
- We also have an in house make-up artist that can be included in any package. This includes one initial consultation and trial with you prior to the wedding day, and the wedding day make up. We will also do make-up for the entire wedding party upon request.
This package includes up to 120 guests. And also unlimited emails and phone calls. Most of the time, brides-to-be think they need more help than they really do. So, after a first phone conversation, we can better assess your needs and adjust the price accordingly.
